FREE Delivery
All orders are currently Pre-Order Only. We will begin shipping as soon as stock arrives, which is indicated on each product page.
All orders are delivered for FREE with order tracking emails (direct from the carrier). We begin shipping as soon as stock we are in stock, which is indicated at the top of this page (just below the buy now button).
Pre-orders
We expect to sell through all stock with a delivery date before Christmas, please pre-order to avoid disappointment
We'll keep you regularly updated via email and will confirm the progress of your shipment and expected delivery date of your order at the earliest possible time.
Once stock is available, orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be shipped the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the next available working day.
All orders are shipped via Evri 2-Day Service.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
For any orders placed in November - December, you may return it up until January 30th.
RETURNS ADDRESS
Please return your products to the following address with your returns note. If you have lost your returns note, please include a short note detailing your Order ID, Name, and the reason for your return. You may return your order using a courier of your choice; however, we strongly recommend using a tracked service.

RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

CHRISTMAS RETURNS. For any orders placed in November - December, you may return it up until January 30th.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.

Item(s) must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been assembled, used, or damaged.

Item(s) must be accompanied by a completed returns form or note detailing your Order ID, Name, and the reason for your return.

Item(s) should be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different product, please follow the returns process above to return your item(s) for a refund, then place a new order for the item(s) you want.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact a customer care representative within 30 days of the original order date. While we do everything possible to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition, mistakes or accidents can occur. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
RETURNS SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged, faulty, or an administrative error has occurred on our part. This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Items purchased during December as Christmas gifts may be returned under an extended seasonal returns period. If your item meets our Returns Policy, you may return it up until January 30th.
PROCESSING TIMES
Returns are typically processed within 3–10 days of receiving the item, depending on country and service selected. Refunds are then issued within 5–7 working days depending on your bank/card provider. If a refund is denied based on the criteria above, the item will be returned to you using the most economical shipping method. This service may not be tracked and is at your own risk.
RETURN RESTRICTIONS
The following items are only returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging and have not been used or altered in any way
